What is it?
Comenzando bien is a pre-conception and prenatal education and support program for Latino women.
How does it work?
Class participants can begin prior to conception and continue with the support group after birth.
The curriculum is culturally appropriate and is intended to prevent birth defects, prematurely, low birth weight, and infant mortality.
